[News] The effect of internet piracy on television, music and software industries.

According to the investigation by Paris-based TERA Consultants for the international Chamber of Commerce, that focus on piracy in Europe television, music and software industries. Those industries earned €860 billion and also employed 14.4 million people to work for their industries. But after the piracy getting evolution and increasing rapidly, €10 billion and 186,000 jobs were lost in the same year because of the piracy. If internet piracy continues and the rapid increase in illegal download, then up to 1.2 million jobs and €240 billion worth of European commerce could be wiped out by 2015 according to the study found.
      
In the future and even today in 2011, they observe increasing bandwidth, increasing penetration rate in terms of the Internet," said TERA Consultants' Patrice Geoffron, explaining that piracy was likely to increase. Those of the illegal downloading target music, television and video sites, with consumers using 'peer-to-peer' formats to download free songs and free video clips onto their laptops and home computers from websites without paying a fee everyday. It had affected the creative industries, musicians, actors and artists because of the piracy because when people download illegal from website for free, no people will buy their produce that need to pay for it.
