2. Get full information/details on return, service and warranty policies.  Don’t buy the product if any of the online distributors who can’t provide satisfactory descriptions of these policies.

3. Remember to keep the record until the software arrives and proves satisfactory. Print the page that including the order number and also the email order confirmations.

4.Take some time to read review and discuss with colleagues, family and friend before purchasing the product because you can't see the product or the seller and distinguishing counterfeit and illegal software on the Internet is extremely difficult.

5. Check the product prices if the price seems too good to be true, it probably is counterfeit product. As a guide, check the offer against the publisher's recommended or estimated retail price. Beware if the online offer price is significantly lower.
